Calm in the Chaos: Supporting Parents Through Overwhelming Moments explores how home visitors can support caregivers during seasons of stress, worry, and emotional overwhelm through a relationship-based and Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) lens. Participants will learn practical strategies for creating emotional safety, supporting regulation, strengthening parent-child relationships, and responding to families with empathy, reflection, and compassion.
Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed.
