Description: This session will explore how joy mapping and micro-break activities can provide a sense of grounding for home visitors when facing challenging interactions. Participants will have an opportunity to practice the activities in session and leave empowered to implement them into self-care routines.
This virtual community is open to all home visitors in Tennessee!
The ECHO platform is centered around sharing knowledge, so ALL are welcome whether you're new in the field or have 20+ years of experience!
