Hello! My name is Stephanie Bolin, and I have been a part of the AIMHiTN family since November 2022. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Lambuth University in 1995. During my time with AIMHiTN, I have held multiple roles in community engagement, supporting initiatives that strengthen the infant and early childhood workforce and advance early relational health across Tennessee. My work is rooted in a deep passion for supporting communities, uplifting professionals, and building meaningful relationships that promote strong beginnings for children and families. I spent over 26 years with Head Start and Early Head Start, serving in positions spanning home visiting, direct service, family services, coaching, leadership, and management. In these roles, I prioritized delivering high-quality services, supporting early educators, and building strong community relationships to support young children and families.
I am the proud mother of two daughters, both graduates of the University of Tennessee at Martin. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, traveling, thrifting, and supporting others in my community.
