What helps families feel welcomed, valued, understood, and motivated to stay engaged in home visiting? This session will explore practical strategies home visitors can use every day to build trusting relationships, respond to family priorities, and create meaningful opportunities for participation. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on their own engagement practices and explore the Family Engagement Toolkit as a resource for identifying challenges, choosing strategies, and turning ideas into action.

Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed.
