TN IECMH ECHO EBHV Session - Rapport Matters- Part Two: Building Trust Through Engagement, Service Delivery, and Graduation

Date: August 17, 2026

Time: 10am CST / 11m EST

Description:

Building meaningful relationships with families is at the heart of effective engagement and successful outcomes. This presentation explores how trust is developed and strengthened through authentic connections, consistent service delivery, and supportive interactions throughout the family's journey even during points of rupture. Families are more likely to remain connected, receptive, and successful when they feel heard, respected, and valued. This session discusses practical strategies for strengthening relationships, building and maintaining trust, and creating a positive experience that supports both providers and families from initial engagement through graduation from programming.

Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed.

This virtual community is open to ALL home visitors in Tennessee!
