Navigating Developmental Milestones with a Relational Approach explores developmental milestones from birth through early childhood through an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) lens. Participants will deepen their understanding of how relationships, emotional regulation, attachment, and environmental experiences shape child development across all domains. Home visitors will leave with practical, strengths-based strategies to support caregivers, observe development through a relational perspective, and respond to developmental concerns with compassion and partnership.
Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed. This virtual community is open to ALL home visitors in Tennessee!
