TN IECMH ECHO EBHV Training: Building Reflective Capacity in Home Visiting: Part 1

Date: February 10, 2026

Time: 11:30am CST / 12:30pm EST

Description: Sometimes it feels like there is not enough time in the day to get everything done; the to-do list is endless. It seems impossible to slow down and reflect. In this session, we will discuss the benefits of building reflective capacity and ways to incorporate reflection into your daily work. In this two part series, we will examine reflective capacity in the home visitor and in the families we serve.

Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed.

This virtual community is open to ALL home visitors in Tennessee!
