TN IECMH ECHO EBHV Training: Building Reflective Capacity in Home Visiting: Part 1

Date: February 2, 2026

Time: 11:30am CST / 12:30pm EST

Description: Sometimes it feels like there’s not enough time in the day to get everything done. The stacks of to-do’s and the boxes to check are endless. It seems impossible that slowing down and reflecting could be beneficial. In this session, we will discuss not only the benefits of building reflective capacity, but also ways to incorporate reflection into your daily work. In this two part series, we will examine reflective capacity in the home visitor and in the families we work with.

Whether you’re new to home visiting or bring years of experience, you’ll leave with fresh insights, space to reflect, and practical strategies to help every participant feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed.

This virtual community is open to ALL home visitors in Tennessee!
