Title: Beat the Heat: Summer Safety Tips

Description: Summer brings sunshine, play, and exploration- but with that, it also introduces unique safety needs for infants, toddlers, and young children as their world expands to the outdoors. This training equips infant and early childhood mental health professionals with the knowledge and tools to support families and caregivers in maintaining physical and practical safety during the summer months.

Attendees will explore key seasonal concerns—including but not limited to, identifying safety warning signs, heat-related awareness, sun precautions, water safety, and outdoor play tips- as well as leave with know-hows and strategies that will assist in sailing through the summer fun with a soothing experience for all.
