Date: July 23rd, 2025

Time: 10-11:30am CST/ 11- 12:30pm EST

Description: Outdoor play for children may be more important than ever before. In just a few decades, children’s unstructured outdoor play has decreased by 50%. What has changed? We will reflect on the benefits of outdoor play for children and how it supports their growth and development. Participants will be inspired to reimagine outdoor play as a vital, enriching part of childhood. Practical strategies and activity ideas will be shared to help create outdoor environments that spark curiosity and maximize children’s engagement.
