Hi, I am Brittany Bowman, I serve as the Endorsement Coordinator for AIMHiTN. I joined the AIMHITN team in April 2024. I previously served as Early Head Start Site Manager to serve our littles and families in Memphis. Before that I served as the Area Coordinator at the YMCA, and I worked with school-age children. I have also had the honor of teaching our littles at two different private schools. I hold my B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Memphis. I began my journey in Early Childhood Education over 13+ years ago, where my love and passion ignited to serve our littles and their families. My passion for teaching and learning has helped me foster the relationships with our littles, their families and our community. I am continuing my education to pursue my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies - Administration, Management, Leadership, which will help me to continue to work in the field and pour into the community, our littles and families. I earned my Endorsement in IECMH-E®. Fostering relationships with a variety of professionals across all the different sectors working to earn their Endorsement is the most rewarding part of my role to ensure all professionals feel supported and our littles of TN continue to get quality services from all.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and fur babies. I also enjoy traveling with my daughter doing competitive gymnastics. I love long walks in the park and at the lake. I also enjoy doing research and reading.
